06 Điểm chính thay đổi cần ghi nhớ:

  1. KA cũ quản trị nguồn nhân lực (Project Human Resource Management) chuyển thành Quản trị nguồn lực (Project Resource Management) => Rộng hơn.
  2. Thuật ngữ cũ trong Monitoring and Controlling là Control chuyển thành Montior đúng bản chất hơn.
  3. Thêm Process về Implement Risk Responses => PM sẽ proactive hơn trong xử lý risk, thay đổi đề thi PMP và PMI-RMP.
  4. Có sự chuyển dịch quy trình Estimate Activity Resources
  5. PM có trách nhiệm quản trị Project Knowledge => Vai trò PM trở nên toàn diện hơn.
  6. Xóa bỏ quy trình Close procurements => Tách lập vai trò PM chuyên nghiệp và procurement manager.
